Our construction division has been in business for over a decade, with our leadership team having more than 100 years of combined experience and having completed over $1 billion worth of construction projects. Our team specializes in General Construction, handling both vertical and horizontal construction projects under design-build and bid-build disciplines. To date, we have successfully delivered over 100 construction projects as a Prime General Contractor, with 90% of them being bonded.

Building on our track record of successfully completing numerous projects, we are recognized as experts in fast-track scheduling, thriving under tight deadlines. Our success can be attributed to our flexible management approach, allowing us to adapt to the unique requirements of each project. Our ability to self-perform key management tasks contributes significantly to our cost and schedule efficiencies.

Maintaining fiscal discipline to uphold a strong balance sheet has been instrumental in establishing a solid reputation with financial institutions and surety companies, enabling us to access multiple lines of credit. Additionally, we offer a robust bonding program with over $50 million in bonding capacity.

  • Commercial Construction

    Being able to GC our own development projects is a competitive advantage. Our commercial construction division runs in parallel with our Real Estate Division in an strategic effort to involve our capital and resources on projects we have ownership. More skin in the game. From time to time, and for the right clients we do private work. Those clients find it advantageous to have a General Contractor that understands real estate and the time value of money.

  • Federal & Institutional clients

    Outside of commercial construction, our only clients are federal and institutional. This is an strategic effort to provide risk diversification with the private commercial sector. It allow us to continuously improve our quality control, estimating and scheduling processes. Simply put it, the Federal Government is the most strict client in the world. Through Our federal vertical, Southeastern Industrial Construction, LLC we currently have C-type, IDIQ, MACC, MATOC multiyear contracts with different federal and institutional agencies.
